Former Guatemalan President visits Belize Vinicio Cerezo, the former President of Guatemala is in Belize. Cerezo served as President of Guatemala from 1986 to 1991. Cereza played an important role in the peace process in Central America during the 1980’s and remains active in peace matters through the ‘Esquipolas Foundation for Central American Integration’.
